Smart homes often suffer from fragmented control systems, where each device requires its own remote or complex universal controller. Point And Control addresses this issue by using a smartphone-based interface combined with simple pointing gestures to select devices directly. The system connects devices through a central server, enabling flexible addition and removal of controllable components.
Our Goal
The goal of Point And Control is to simplify smart home interaction by replacing multiple specialized remotes with an intuitive, gesture-based smartphone interface that allows users to easily select and control a wide range of devices.
